  • Our Code: The visual interface, branding, tool configurations, and underlying proprietary algorithms of FileKinetix are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or flood the hosting infrastructure serving the static website.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
